Mixed. Movers were polite and mostly careful. Legs on small desk collapsed in new house so somehow damaged in transit. We bought ins so hopefully that will be taken care of. They didn't plan the loading because they didn't have room for the kitchen refrigerator. They called the owner and were told not to come back after unloading to get the things they didn't get on the first load and no offer to come back at another time. horrible service. very slow. over charges. I've moved a lot and this was the worst experience ever. Will never use. these people cannot be trusted with your belongings.

Unfortunately, our move with AMS in 2025 went terrible. The crew was awful. They made more of a mess for us. Moving companies are supposed to make moving easier. The Crew turned a 8 drawers of my jewelry armoire upside down! They took some item's apart & DID NOT put back together. I need to have my office Chair cleaned. If you label where boxes go, they'll still unload in wrong rooms. And locally, they charge 16% of labor. $485 fuel for 10 to 12 total miles. They refunded fuel thankfully but we were still overcharg... read more

DO NOT use this company. They will take your money and NOT provide the service. We paid $1,000 (entirely too much for a local company) to move bedroom furniture approximately 2 miles. They refused to move it claiming that the bed was infested with lice (a bald faced lie). They did NOT even bring tools to move the two beds but they gladly took $1000 from me and refused to reimburse me for the work not done. If I could give them a minus 20 rating I would.

I am highly dissatisfied with All of My Sons Moving & Storage. I contracted their moving services on Friday, March 21, 2025, for Monday, March 24, at 139.00 per hour. I requested 4 movers and requested that it be completed within 2 hours as I only had 20 pieces of furniture, and most did not need shrinkwrap. They did not show up on Monday, March 24, 2025, as contracted and prescribed. I called them, and they stated I had not confirmed. This company is a joke!! The quality of there works a BAD!! They argued infront of me over something fitting through my front door. One of the guys laid on my bed playing on his phone. The other man was throwing a football in my back yard. I had to call the main office and was TRYING to talk to a Melissa and she was RUDE!!! It took them from 9am to 5pm to load but even then they didn't get it all. I got quoted one price but towards the end I asked for total and they said $1200.00. Canceled on me last minute with no explanation. The only thing I liked was Chip's service and they refunded my money fast.

As a business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, and I always aim to give companies the chance to show integrity when things go wrong. I've extended grace to others many times.
