Broke our furniture!!! Splintered all wooden furniture, shredded a rug, stole personal items. Every time we call to get assistance they hang up on us. Honestly I'm floored at how AWEFUL this has been. Go. Elsewhere!!

This is the absolute worst moving experience I've ever had. They were 45 minutes late to my appointment. I decided to go with them because they quoted me $135/hour for 3 people to help me move my one bedroom apartment. They quoted that it would take about 3-4 hours maximum between both moves. The day before the move, they raised the rate to $139. They swore that they were the best and could quickly and effectively help me move my things so I was okay with the $4 hour increase charge. I had the worst experience with this company it started out with the call center. They were very rude unhelpful they had my move scheduled for a different day than the email said which was this Friday they assured me that because of the weather they would have to call me 30 minutes before they came just showed up luckily I was home.They stood outside and talked for 30 minutes talking on my time chose to bring 3 people instead of 2 so I thought wow this is going to go fast boy was I wrong. If you care at all about how they treat their employees, do not use this company!! They lied about my husbands starting pay and didn't tell him until he already accepted the job (told him he would make $16/hr, then wrote $14/hr on his job offer letter, then when he actually started, advised him it was only $12/hr). Gave him the run around on when he would start driving the trucks and getting paid more, then once he actually started driving, we came to find out that they never actually changed his wage so they basically had a... read more

Absolutely the worst moving company I've EVER experienced....They showed up without tools, 1 smelled horrific, they took 5 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment and drive 20 minutes...Then, they charged me more than what was quoted, and refused to unload my things, before I paid.... They broke my bed, and both dressers. They didn't wrap, or tape the drawers, then refused to pay for them.... I could go on and on....2 guy's and a Truck is the way to go.. I wish I'd done my research...

I would give less stars if I could. Worst moving company! Scratched floors, did nothing about it. Paid a lot of money for them to pack, they just threw stuff in boxes, lots of broken items. I could have packed it myself and done just as poorly. The actual movers were nice and friendly, but clearly not trained. Only 2 guys worked, the others stood around on phone. The worst moving company ever DO NOT HIRE. they damaged my refrigerator, antique dining room table had the leg broke, . my antique dressing table the mirror was wrapped in blanket put out side in pouring rain. Then they hid it in the garage of old house. The next day when I found it the backing came completely off, they took my mattress outside drug through mud then put in truck. My experience with this company was nothing short of a DISASTER. On the day of my move the driver claimed to have knocked on my door stating that no one was home and proceeded to drive away, delaying my scheduled pickup time by 5 hours. I was physically waiting in the front of the residence to meet them so clearly that was bogus. Used this company for my first move with no problems. Hired them again and paid $12.50 for a mattress protection bag. The movers never washed their hands prior to bagging and left dirty hand stains all over my 4 month old brand new mattress. Filed a claim requesting $150 for a cleaning company which includes the $12.50 I paid for a bag protector. All My Sons responded with a $60 compensation which doesn't even cover a $100 cleaning service call. Asked them to reconsider and no response to date. Obviously they are not interes... read more
