Completely took advantage of a homeowner out of town. My brother was overseeing and left when they were packing up and said they were half an hour from calling another family member to meet them at the storage unit. They did not leave for another 2.5 hours. Once there was no supervision, they just stopped working. Minus the 1 star above. A honest and true review to better prepare yourself for this company. This is my 6th move and the absolute worst move. I chose this company because of the fact that they stated they were a FULL packing company. With Full Packing i do understand That companies do charge for packing material unless stated otherwise. When making an appointment on the phone we talked about the amount of bedrooms, the current floor i was on, the current address and the date i was looking at. This is the worst moving company that I have ever worked with. They don't discuss hidden fees with you and have no business processes. The manager, David, threatened to call the authorities on me when I declined to pay their hidden fees after he confirmed the lack of communication and planning on their part. Do not hire them. This was a super easy, quick job that costed me hundreds of dollars with all their hidden fees they do not discuss with you intentionally.

I want to change my previous post that I reviewed because when I post it before Gino was standing with me while I was making the post. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Gino the head member brought his team Gerald and Scott. They started off energetic but started slowing down. Yes we moved from the 3rd floor to a home so you knew before you took the job that you would need to deal with stairs. Workers standing around and taking their time on a job that is paid based on time to complete. Damaged an expensive piece of furniture (that they wrapped/packaged for the move) and will not replace it. Would not recommend.

most of the boxes were labeled incorrectly, so after they left we had to relocate the boxes to the rooms they belonged in which was a lot of lifting things upstairs. electronics were not packed well at all, just sort of stacked on top of each other in a box with no paper or packing peanuts or anything just knocking around in there. they packed a bag of trash that I had left. they just picked up the trash bag and put it in a box. This was a horrible moving experience. Movers were late, hit our TV while moving our couch, and took 45 minutes just to move 1 nightstand. We moved out of a 1 bedroom apartment only 10 minutes away. They were incredibly slow & showed up smelling like weed. Also, I was told on the phone that we didn't need to unload our dressers & as soon as they got there they told us they only take them empty. Heard and saw them talking about taking their time so they could charge us more. I've never seen anyone wrap something so slow. Then they sat on their lift and joked around about how they were going to take longer than the 3 hours we paid for. Scratches all the couches forcing them out of the apartment. Every bottom corner is torn. A large dining room table has scuffs from their truck. This is the 3rd and last time we will ever use this company. They broke the handles off of our refrigerator, dropped and damaged my dresser and wine cooler, broke the leg off of a table, damaged several other items, crushed the contents of several boxes labeled "fragile" and shattered a tapestry under glass - that they packed. To make matters worse, after submitting our claim form, they offered us $436.00 which won't even pay for the repairs to the refrigerator.
