I want to change my previous post that I reviewed because when I post it before Gino was standing with me while I was making the post. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Gino the head member brought his team Gerald and Scott. They started off energetic but started slowing down. Yes we moved from the 3rd floor to a home so you knew before you took the job that you would need to deal with stairs. Workers standing around and taking their time on a job that is paid based on time to complete. Damaged an expensive piece of furniture (that they wrapped/packaged for the move) and will not replace it. Would not recommend.

most of the boxes were labeled incorrectly, so after they left we had to relocate the boxes to the rooms they belonged in which was a lot of lifting things upstairs. electronics were not packed well at all, just sort of stacked on top of each other in a box with no paper or packing peanuts or anything just knocking around in there. they packed a bag of trash that I had left. they just picked up the trash bag and put it in a box. This was a horrible moving experience. Movers were late, hit our TV while moving our couch, and took 45 minutes just to move 1 nightstand. We moved out of a 1 bedroom apartment only 10 minutes away. They were incredibly slow & showed up smelling like weed. Also, I was told on the phone that we didn't need to unload our dressers & as soon as they got there they told us they only take them empty. Heard and saw them talking about taking their time so they could charge us more. I've never seen anyone wrap something so slow. Then they sat on their lift and joked around about how they were going to take longer than the 3 hours we paid for. Scratches all the couches forcing them out of the apartment. Every bottom corner is torn. A large dining room table has scuffs from their truck. This is the 3rd and last time we will ever use this company. They broke the handles off of our refrigerator, dropped and damaged my dresser and wine cooler, broke the leg off of a table, damaged several other items, crushed the contents of several boxes labeled "fragile" and shattered a tapestry under glass - that they packed. To make matters worse, after submitting our claim form, they offered us $436.00 which won't even pay for the repairs to the refrigerator. after using all my sons moving for well over 20 years, i never thought this move would have ever occurred the way it did. for background, this was my first big move - from san antonio to austin. i decided to have the movers pack up my kitchen and pantry, because frankly, it was a lot, and it always took days to finish it off. the moment they got there, i felt like something was a bit off, but i ignored it. it took them 3 hours to pack my kitchen, which one mover was responsible for, while the other two took pre-packed boxe... read more

While the two guys that moved my stuff, (Jose and Hector) did a good job, and wanted me to leave a review; I am thorougly disappointed with the company itself and will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. They quote no hidden fees, extra charges, etc. then you get the bill and realize otherwise. They pass it off as the call center doesn't know what they are doing, they're going to have a talk with them, etc. It was a MESS, having to argue the cost, etc. Worse experience with a moving company. Buyer Beware.

BEWARE! The company is horrible but the guys moving were awesome. We were quoted $129 per hour for a 2hour minimum and a 12% fuel charge but our bill came out to $461. This Marvin King guy didn't care kept telling me he was the owner and there was no one above him. LOL What a joke. Their quote only gives you 1 price, there are no other prices are there so it's very misleading. This was our first time ever using a moving company.
