Worst experience with movers ever. We got a quote, scheduled a move date, agreed to a price to include packing materials and to have them pack. These 3 young kids show up and basically decide it's too much work and refuse to the do the job. Keeping in mind I have the means to pay for as long as needed. They simply refused to do any of it and left us having to frantically move our own essentials as we only took the week off to move and didn't have time to find other movers. I rarely write bad reviews. But if I can save even one person for making the mistake then this is worth it. I have used three different moving companies in the past year and this is the only one where I had items walk away. At first I thought it might've been a mistake because it was small items, and now after a few months of noticing more and more things that are missing, I realize that they did their Christmas shopping in my moving truck. The movers were the sweetest set of guys... HOWEVER, this company is a total rip off. Up front I was told $179 an hour over the phone. No problem I thought. But the crew started at 12:30pm and it was 1:53pm by the time everything was done. I was charged $601.00 for the whole move! Wtf? It was only 20 mins away from the storage to the home?! Never again.

We had a lot of damage to furniture. Glass shelves broken in a hutch because they never wrapped or secured them. Reported all to company and received a very small amount of compensation for damages it wasn't nearly enough to cover what it actually cost us. Can't recommend this moving company.

I have used this company several times, but I can no longer recommend them in the San Antonio area. I had Sam come out to give me a quote several weeks ago. He seemed to understand at the time that we needed to do our move in three different steps, as we are moving out of state to a new home being built and selling a house. He promised me that he would help us with each step. The 1st step was on July 8, 2021 and all went very well with 4 guys. One worker even remembered moving us from 6 years ago. Lied about pricing. Quoted me $139/hr on the initial call by someone named Andrea. Then I was confirmed by email someone named Nick for the same amount. I was then changed $280/hr after the move. When we called they told us it had been confirmed for that price. They are liars and sneaky. Would never utilize this company again and will discourage anyone I know from being lied and stolen from them as well.

Everything up to the move went smoothly. Someone came out and estimated a cost for our move, then setup our move day appointment. I received a call from our contact the day of the move checking to make sure everything was going smoothly and to ask to leave a review. I decided it would be best to wait until the move is complete to actually leave a review. After the move, we can confidently say we will not use them again. It took 2 trips to pack and move us, so the estimate could have been done better. The biggest complaint is that a whole box of retired sports jerseys that we have collected over the years was missing and no one has called us back yet. We are very disappointed, especially since we are real estate agents and referrals we give are based on our own experience. We won't be sending any referrals or All My Sons Moving Co.

They showed up 7 hours late. Took 8 hours to move a small 2 bedroom townhouse. The guys they sent said they were told it was a 3 man job yet didn't send help. It started to rain and everything of mine was wet. When I asked to speak to supervisor he told me I needed to pay upfront first or all my stuff would be locked on the truck and taken away from me.
