after using all my sons moving for well over 20 years, i never thought this move would have ever occurred the way it did. for background, this was my first big move - from san antonio to austin. i decided to have the movers pack up my kitchen and pantry, because frankly, it was a lot, and it always took days to finish it off. the moment they got there, i felt like something was a bit off, but i ignored it. it took them 3 hours to pack my kitchen, which one mover was responsible for, while the other two took pre-packed boxe... read more

While the two guys that moved my stuff, (Jose and Hector) did a good job, and wanted me to leave a review; I am thorougly disappointed with the company itself and will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. They quote no hidden fees, extra charges, etc. then you get the bill and realize otherwise. They pass it off as the call center doesn't know what they are doing, they're going to have a talk with them, etc. It was a MESS, having to argue the cost, etc. Worse experience with a moving company. Buyer Beware.

BEWARE! The company is horrible but the guys moving were awesome. We were quoted $129 per hour for a 2hour minimum and a 12% fuel charge but our bill came out to $461. This Marvin King guy didn't care kept telling me he was the owner and there was no one above him. LOL What a joke. Their quote only gives you 1 price, there are no other prices are there so it's very misleading. This was our first time ever using a moving company. These people are crazy expensive. Quote me $5k for less than 300 miles and half of a 4 bedroom house with everything already packed. OMG! Robbery with no gun!

Terrible, They over charged me, dragged there feet, broke my equipment This will probably get deleted but oh well... I had an Absolutely Terrible Move, They broke my furniture, left a mark on my wall from moving the couch, didnt rebuild my childrens bed, charged me for 5 hrs when they worked only 3. the managers Stephen and Chris Tilmner are very disrespectful. I'm a disabled vet, and in all my years of moving across the country this was by far the WORST move ever. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE if you like your stuff.

Complete lied on the quote. I specifically asked if there would be anymore charges for wrapping or tape they said no a $409 quote turned into $525 in final tape and fuel charge i was told there wasn't going to be any extra charges than the $409. I moved 6 things 40 mins away I would have done a uhaul. I am military i have moved so many times I know how this works and asked the questions.They lied to me and basically robbed me at the end for an extra 20% of the move cost. Probably the worst moving company with which I've ever dealt. My parents used this company to move them from one apartment to another within the same apartment complex. After paying a $179 deposit that does not go towards the actual work of moving items, they charged $179 per hour and didn't even complete the work within the time quoted. Three young guys showed up. This should be no stars at all, If you are moving do not get this company unless you want your furniture destroyed. we hired this company back in May. we paid $3,000 for the moving of our furniture which resulted in Our table literally destroyed when they were barely taking the table. We contacted them since the foot of the table got destroyed. We got $300 back which was not enough to cover the repair. I was quoted $159 per hour and hired them to move specifically three pieces of exercise equipment. I was told the job would take 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours max. The young men who were sent out had no knowledge of moving the items to be moved (specifically treadmill) and when they took it apart did not know how to put it back together - they ended up losing a vital piece of hardware that cannot be purchased so I will have to purchase a new one.
