These people are crazy expensive. Quote me $5k for less than 300 miles and half of a 4 bedroom house with everything already packed. OMG! Robbery with no gun!

Terrible, They over charged me, dragged there feet, broke my equipment This will probably get deleted but oh well... I had an Absolutely Terrible Move, They broke my furniture, left a mark on my wall from moving the couch, didnt rebuild my childrens bed, charged me for 5 hrs when they worked only 3. the managers Stephen and Chris Tilmner are very disrespectful. I'm a disabled vet, and in all my years of moving across the country this was by far the WORST move ever. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE if you like your stuff.

Complete lied on the quote. I specifically asked if there would be anymore charges for wrapping or tape they said no a $409 quote turned into $525 in final tape and fuel charge i was told there wasn't going to be any extra charges than the $409. I moved 6 things 40 mins away I would have done a uhaul. I am military i have moved so many times I know how this works and asked the questions.They lied to me and basically robbed me at the end for an extra 20% of the move cost. Probably the worst moving company with which I've ever dealt. My parents used this company to move them from one apartment to another within the same apartment complex. After paying a $179 deposit that does not go towards the actual work of moving items, they charged $179 per hour and didn't even complete the work within the time quoted. Three young guys showed up. This should be no stars at all, If you are moving do not get this company unless you want your furniture destroyed. we hired this company back in May. we paid $3,000 for the moving of our furniture which resulted in Our table literally destroyed when they were barely taking the table. We contacted them since the foot of the table got destroyed. We got $300 back which was not enough to cover the repair. I was quoted $159 per hour and hired them to move specifically three pieces of exercise equipment. I was told the job would take 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours max. The young men who were sent out had no knowledge of moving the items to be moved (specifically treadmill) and when they took it apart did not know how to put it back together - they ended up losing a vital piece of hardware that cannot be purchased so I will have to purchase a new one. Worst experience with movers ever. We got a quote, scheduled a move date, agreed to a price to include packing materials and to have them pack. These 3 young kids show up and basically decide it's too much work and refuse to the do the job. Keeping in mind I have the means to pay for as long as needed. They simply refused to do any of it and left us having to frantically move our own essentials as we only took the week off to move and didn't have time to find other movers. I rarely write bad reviews. But if I can save even one person for making the mistake then this is worth it. I have used three different moving companies in the past year and this is the only one where I had items walk away. The movers were the sweetest set of guys... HOWEVER, this company is a total rip off. Up front I was told $179 an hour over the phone. No problem I thought. But the crew started at 12:30pm and it was 1:53pm by the time everything was done. I was charged $601.00 for the whole move! Wtf? It was only 20 mins away from the storage to the home?! Never again.
