Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The first question I asked the estimator is whether the company could move our baby-grand piano. He confirmed that they are highly trained to do so. The first thing the moving crew did with said piano was drop and destroy it right where it stood. That, along with plenty of damaged furniture, damaged flooring, empty promises by both the crew chief and the branch manager, and the insulting claims experience, leaves me to highly discourage anyone from ever hiring this company for moving services... read more

These guys showed up and were supposedly not informed that in addition to our 3 bedroom apartment we had 1 full garage (storage). 3 guys showed up and milked the clock completely!! My husband helped them load for over four hours... and this doesn't even include the time it took them to UNLOAD at the new place. We will never use this service again. Overpriced clock milkers. Where to begin... I should have read the reviews on "All my Son's" own website and Yelp. The office was advised on 3 separate occasions where the house was located...they still had to call me when they went to the wrong address. The driver advised me that they don't move mattresses without covers. BUT, they didn't say they have covers to purchase from them on the truck. In June 2017, I hired All My Sons to move me from Katy, Tx to Converse, Tx. I was charged the drive time, fuel and 5.5 hours of work. Based on this experience, I decided to hire All My Sons again to move my from a 4 bedroom home (single story) to a 4 bedroom home (single story), 5 miles away. WHAT A MISTAKE. Never employee this company. You can not trust them with the care of your property. All My Sons is absolutely the worst moving company. Never employee them if you value the condition of your property. I hired All My Sons to move my belongings. The price they quote includes packing, packing materials, loading the van and unloading the van. I double asked the service person on the phone when booking the service to insure I would not get surprise charges on the day of the move. I have moved all over the United States and have never in life had such a horrible experience as I did with this company. If they were my sons, I wouldn't claim them. The guys used to move me were the worst. They dropped my German shrunk in my front yard breaking pieces off of it. and smashing down my flowers and bushes I paid for. They packed my desk top computer in a small box and jammed my printer in with it. The tray to the printer was jammed with paper stuck in the rotary. Do not use this company to move your stuff I just had my stuff moved from from apartment to another in the San complex. No extra gas to travel. I had packaged most of my stuff I was told on the phone they would help in packaging and it was included I was like that's great. Did not know it a small one bedroom apartment over 6 hours to move. And was charged under 1000 dollars. I cancel a week before the move, the deposit was not return to our account. I called ,Joe about why it was not return and Joe said, All My Sons Moving & Storage, doesn't do refunds due to scheduling. Which was not mentioned at any time of our conversation was not given their policy on cancelations. I asked if there had been any other cancelations and Joe said, no.
