All I did was request a quote and that was a HUGE mistake! I thought maybe the website would just give me a quote, but no they ended up calling me. And calling and calling and calling until one day I answered the phone. I have a unique moving situation. I'm looking for movers to just move a washing machine. Everything else I have covered. He ended up quoting me even though he said they do full moves. So he quotes me about $400 to which I said no thank you because they don't do what I need them to do. Didn't see all the poor reviews before using this company for a move. I'll save your time but not writing another long bad review. Suffice to say, just read the other numerous 1 star reviews and you'll get a sense for this company. Highly disappointed. Strongly recommend anyone contemplating a move in San Antonio use any other higher rated moving company.

If I could hive negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS!!!!!! I am giving fair warning that you will regret it. Find another moving company! These people negligently dropped my $3000 dresser and ruined it and wanted to give me $100. The manager there is useless and actually cussed at me because he didn't want to have to take accountability for his negligent employees. Again save yourself and find somewhere else to move you!!!!!

I will never use them again. Long story short, they were to assemble beds when we arrived at the new place and didn't do that, they also did not put the mirror back on the long dresser, they piled stuff on top of each other in our garage (we have a 3 car garage, plenty of room), had some dings and scratches on some of our furniture and the list goes on. I will be filing a report with the BBB! I would stay clear. If I would have seen all these reviews prior to hiring them, I would have never used them.

The worst experience ever. I've waited for 3 days to get a quote. After 3 days the guy named Dillan basically told me to go screw myself and call somebody else because "I was rude" by telling them that they didn't know what they were doing. And they didn't. Do not hire this company they are a total rip off and thieves. I originally was quoted a price of $200 to move one item, they canceled the day of delivery because their truck broke down. They promised me they would deliver the following Wednesday afternoon. They called me that morning and said they could deliver when I was unavailable. When I tried to reschedule they now said the cost would be $700. When I asked for a refund of my deposit they agreed only to dispute my claim with my bank and lost my deposit. This company is absolutely unprofessional and I am terribly disappointed. The movers were suppose to show up between 11-12. It is now 1 pm and they have yet to show up. I have made several attempts to contact them, yet nobody answers the phone. My deposit has already been paid. Would definitely not recommend this company to anybody!

Terrible customer service! Do not use! Was over priced and the manager was not helpful and very rude! My friend hired them for 1 hour. She explained several times that she only needed 1 hour and they confirmed this, while never mentioning a different hour minimum. But a few days later when the movers arrived, who were very polite and apologetic, they explained that there was a 3 hour minimum. I made the mistake of asking for a quote online. Before I even got through typing on my computer my phone was ringing. When I answered the phone it was automated they put me on hold and had no idea who I was or why I was calling so much for having typed in all of the online information. So I had to re-explain the entire request and I told her I thought it was crazy to request an online quote if they weren't going to send a quote via email based on all the info that I had to fill out.
