We had a move from Eagle Pass to New Braunfels and the first time the truck was too small for all our goods. The owner Greg said it was my fault because I didn't tell Travis I needed the larger truck. I told them the square footage and described what we were moving. I was never asked to take pictures. I'm not the expert and they never asked me the size truck I needed. Therefore, we had to do another move. Greg told my husband that he would waive the fee to and from Eagle Pass to New Braunfels. Horrible, horrible, horrible thieves. They not only stole the bottom piece of our entertainment center, ruining the entire set, they admitted the mover had it and he threw away everything in it. And they were not going to do anything about it. Mitch is the manager who runs his business this way. They were 30 minutes late and added extra hours and charges after finishing. I will be filing a report and posting this review everywhere.

No! This company is so horrible! It took them almost 4 hours to move 1 ROOM!!!! I lived with my brother and was moving 2 miles up the street to an apartment, I did not have a lot of stuff to move, and it still took FOREVER to move 1 room. This company takes advantage of your time and money. I also had a bed that was 2 pieces, and these guys took their time taking it apart and turning it into 6 pieces. I've never used them for my moving needs, but based on their driving skills, I never will. I've seen their truck in a few accidents but this morning driving to work, truck 138 was weaving between lanes and tail gating. If you're driving in 8am rush hour traffic driving recklessly isn't going to get you there any faster. What it will do is make other people like me on the highway question your ability as a company to transport my items safely.

I was actually going to use All My Sons moving. Robert Springer came over to our house, gave us an estimate... which was just too high and out of our budget. However we still wanted to use their company because they were well known and we felt we could trust them with out possessions, especially because we have an antique, vintage baby grand piano. In reviewing the quote, we realized that we could drastically reduce the cost of the move if we only used them for loading and unloading the truck, and we drive a uhaul ourselves.... read more

Skilled not only at moving but also at practicing questionable business practices... So disgusted with recent move, writing my first ever review on any company! Used them for 45 minutes of labor, to move 3 pieces of furniture plus washer/dryer, and when the job was completed earlier than scheduled for, the driver handed me his phone and said the company wanted to talk to me because there is a minimum 2 hour labor charge, even if you finish early. NEVER Use THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! Was quoted $3500 and charged $4700... Management does not return phone calls. One of my items did not fit on truck so I was told to "pick out what I wanted to leave behind" and NO, they did not go back or compensate e for lost items. Horrible - reporting to BBB

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! I was promised the cream of the crop and got the polar opposite. One of the workers moved my son's dresser from upstairs on a dolly without strapping it. From the first step of 24, the dresser came tumbling down damaging the wall to the tune of $1,500 and a completely destroyed dresser. I have not been compensated for either! Never use all my sons movers they will add charges that they say are needed there was not tob ge a trip chared but was added when they unloaded the truck I had to help the movers because the were so slow that it would have cost me more thean it did if i had not helped Whatshould have cost only about $300 dollare ended up costing 670 dollare with all there add on. I call to talk with some about the add on they wrer rude and hung up. Please never use them and help put them out of business
