I hired All my Sons to assist with my move. They were very accommodating with the date and time needed for my move. Because of work commitments I was unable to be there in person but had a friend and my 2 sons on site. First I was quoted approximately $500 for the job. When they were finally finished it cost me $1500. The move consisted of moving 3 bedroom furnitures to an address less than 1 mile away and taking the remaining furniture to a storage unit about 5 miles away. The worse is yet to come. I'm very disappointed with this company. When we were looking for a moving company they were the first in google search. For sure they are fast, but be careful fast is not the best. They broke a Wood Epoxy table that was a wedding present, and when we did the claim they offer us 79 dlls. We called them to ask them if they can pick up the table and they could find someone To repair our table for 79 dlls, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. $800 for a 20 minute 1 bedroom apartment move. Yikessss. Was quoted $300! Slowest movers I've ever had. Do not recommend. So upset with this move

Let me start by saying the initial estimate and walk through went well. The day of pick up seemed flawless and quick. I had taken apart all the beds to save money on time. There were very little furniture items being moved- mainly boxes and garage items. My shock that I paid the full quoted price, even though I received emails stating it was only an estimate and time was based on hourly rate as well as a variety of other factors. The answer was no after my first conversation with the girls selling the service who has never been on a move. I repeatedly asked if they used moving carts/shelves or boxes & dollies to move and she could not answer the question because she has never been to a move site. They texted saying they would call and needless to say the text came at the same time as the call so I had not time to get prepared. The rep spoke so fast I had to ask her to slow down twice. BEWARE DO NOT USE All MY SONS. This is the first review I have ever wrote because the experience with All My Sons was so horrible. I used All My Sons because they had a good covid policy posted online. They told me the move should take 5 hours. I decided to rent a UHaul so I could cut the time down. It still took them all day despite the fact that I moved 1/2 the house myself and the move was less than 1/2 a mile away. They brought a small truck and it took them many trips. They lied about their price and services. when they showed up (late) they were in a rental truck that was not big enough. They said the job was too big, they sat in the truck for 20 min, then they drove off..... STAY away!!!!!! manager was rude.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. The negative reviews are correct. The pricing is intentionally misleading, they will charge you much more than the initial quote, and the movers will beg you for tips. I moved from San Marcos to San Antonio with a small one bedroom's amount of stuff. I had no super heavy furniture. When I first called All My Sons, the guy I spoke to told me about their hourly rate ($179) and estimated that the work would take about 3 hours. So, I thought the total cost would be under $500. Let me start by saying the only reason I hired this company was because they had a solid Covid 19 plan. They said that all the workers wore gloves and masks. This did not happen. One had neither, one had no gloves and the foreman (not though given the performance) had a mask and gloves but the glove was finger less. I have 2 daughters under 18 and they put my family in great danger. What do I do I have to move that day and be out of my apartment?
