I cancel a week before the move, the deposit was not return to our account. I called ,Joe about why it was not return and Joe said, All My Sons Moving & Storage, doesn't do refunds due to scheduling. Which was not mentioned at any time of our conversation was not given their policy on cancelations. I asked if there had been any other cancelations and Joe said, no. They were 4 hours late, which is not necessarily their fault since the home owner they were moving wasn't fully packed. However, no one ever called to tell me there was a delay and I called the office 3 times before someone told me what was going on. None of my glass was wrapped even though I was told it would be. I had a broken mirror. And I was charged for things that the office didn't explain well at all. I moved 2.2 miles down the street and was charged $57 for fuel and $160 for travel. If zero stars could be an option it is what I would use. Paid a deposit. Took time off of work. For them to call me at 4pm day of to tell me they weren't coming. Awful business practice. Awful customer service. 10/10 wouldn't recommend to My worst enemy.
I am still getting phone calls from this company after declining their pushy rude sales person on a call for a quote

This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have previously had experiences hiring movers 3 different times. They showed up an hour late with one guy short and a rented truck and no tools. It took them 6 hours to move my 3 bedroom house and all they had to move was furniture. No TV's, pictures and only about 8 boxes. They said they would give a "discounted" price because they were one guy short, but the discount didn't even come close to covering the 6 HOURS it took to move my 1600 sqft house. DO NOT... read more
I need to preface by saying that I did not book All My Sons but I am writing to note that I would avoid even getting a quote from this company. I have been called 27 times since I blocked the calls on my phone- 27!!! Every day since my quote request (over a month ago), I have been contacted by this company. A few calls or a follow-up would have been more appropriate. Their intense attempt at communication is a huge turnoff, and we gladly went with another company.

Just to be clear and keep the public posted. I have still not heard from anyone in this company. Local or corporate. I have started another method to get some satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company.

I guess I should have read the reviews prior to hiring them. To call the man that spoke to me on the phone, rude would be a compliment. Danny is who called me this morning to explain that the men doing my move would be HOURS late. From 8-9am to early afternoon? Ridiculous. This company is PSYCHOTIC! I was pricing out companies for my upcoming move. They called for my quote and I didn't have a chance to call back right away (it was around thanksgiving and I was busy). Since then they have called me EVERY SINGLE DAY sometimes MULTIPLE TIMES!! I don't even feel comfortable calling them back. Apparently, their business model is HARRASSING potential customers. I will NEVER hire them, and I hope they see this review and STOP CALLING ME.
