They were 4 hours late, which is not necessarily their fault since the home owner they were moving wasn't fully packed. However, no one ever called to tell me there was a delay and I called the office 3 times before someone told me what was going on. None of my glass was wrapped even though I was told it would be. I had a broken mirror. And I was charged for things that the office didn't explain well at all. I moved 2.2 miles down the street and was charged $57 for fuel and $160 for travel. If zero stars could be an option it is what I would use. Paid a deposit. Took time off of work. For them to call me at 4pm day of to tell me they weren't coming. Awful business practice. Awful customer service. 10/10 wouldn't recommend to My worst enemy.

This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have previously had experiences hiring movers 3 different times. They showed up an hour late with one guy short and a rented truck and no tools. It took them 6 hours to move my 3 bedroom house and all they had to move was furniture. No TV's, pictures and only about 8 boxes. They said they would give a "discounted" price because they were one guy short, but the discount didn't even come close to covering the 6 HOURS it took to move my 1600 sqft house. I need to preface by saying that I did not book All My Sons but I am writing to note that I would avoid even getting a quote from this company. I have been called 27 times since I blocked the calls on my phone- 27!!! Every day since my quote request (over a month ago), I have been contacted by this company. A few calls or a follow-up would have been more appropriate. Their intense attempt at communication is a huge turnoff, and we gladly went with another company.

Just to be clear and keep the public posted. I have still not heard from anyone in this company. Local or corporate. I have started another method to get some satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company.

I guess I should have read the reviews prior to hiring them. To call the man that spoke to me on the phone, rude would be a compliment. Danny is who called me this morning to explain that the men doing my move would be HOURS late. From 8-9am to early afternoon? Ridiculous. They also called after the allotted time to let me know they wouldn't be there on time....I explained to him that we only have the freight elevator reserved for a certain time and couldn't extend it or get it later and he told me to call my apartment build... read more

This company is PSYCHOTIC! I was pricing out companies for my upcoming move. They called for my quote and I didn't have a chance to call back right away (it was around thanksgiving and I was busy). Since then they have called me EVERY SINGLE DAY sometimes MULTIPLE TIMES!! I don't even feel comfortable calling them back. Apparently, their business model is HARRASSING potential customers. I will NEVER hire them, and I hope they see this review and STOP CALLING ME.

Beware of hidden costs involved Fuel and Packing Materials, Travel Time (from moving place to yours and back to moving place) not really hidden, you pay this upfront and not part of the actual move. They will load you stuff and arrive at new location and tally up your enormous bill and will not unload until paid, meanwhile if you have a concern and need to discuss, meanwhile clock is still running on your bill.
