I should've read the reviews before we hired this inept company. We hired them to store our home furniture and appliances until our new home was ready. The day they delivered our furniture and appliances, here's a list of things they broke, missed or dented: - my office desk was broken. Destroyed. Have to replace and as their company rep stated, they will start the claims process. Way over priced for the service provided. Save your money and go with a more affordable moving company. I was charged just under $1,000 to move a 1 bedroom apartment down the street about a mile. That did not include any living room furniture as I sold that. - Other moving companies have done it for $200-400 in the past -they did not even move my patio furniture. Extremely bad experience, move from an appartment to a house, destroyed a sectional, mishandled and damaged several pieces of furniture, rude and careless with our things and on top of it, charge us twice as much as the last time moving less furniture and already packed....very dissapointing

7/11/2016. Please read knowing I'm trying to save you from this company, something I regret not doing with the numerous heart felt reviews others wrote before I decided to choose this company. I wish I could do more but this is the only way that I can help others prevent themselves from being disrespected, disappointed & full of buyers remorse. I wouldn't give this company even one star! This is just the beginning. We moved July 1st from a three story apartment to a one story house. It took them seven hours and cost us $1300, it was estimated to take 2-3 hours ($550) They sent 4 guys and stated "we were only supposed to send three, the 4th one is out of my pocket". When I called after THREE hours and NONE of are large items had been moved. It took them 3 hours to wrap my king sized bed and dining chairs. Oh My God, please stop calling me! Yes, I called and asked you for a quote which was $500 HIGHER than someone else's quote. I have ignored/declined your calls for the past week. I understand you are trying to get the sale. I understand that you try to follow up. But, your attempts have been excessive bordering on harassment. Movers were over an hour late. Got here and before they started moving anything complained that their back was going to hurt after the move. Then loaded about 30-40 boxes and wrapped some furniture before then unloading to say they could move because there was trash on the floor. When asked where the trash was they could not find any but still insisted they would have to come back in the morning to do the move. One mover even used profanity towards my wife. We had a move from Eagle Pass to New Braunfels and the first time the truck was too small for all our goods. The owner Greg said it was my fault because I didn't tell Travis I needed the larger truck. I told them the square footage and described what we were moving. I was never asked to take pictures. I'm not the expert and they never asked me the size truck I needed. Therefore, we had to do another move. Greg told my husband that he would waive the fee to and from Eagle Pass to New Braunfels. Horrible, horrible, horrible thieves. They not only stole the bottom piece of our entertainment center, ruining the entire set, they admitted the mover had it and he threw away everything in it. And they were not going to do anything about it. Mitch is the manager who runs his business this way. They were 30 minutes late and added extra hours and charges after finishing. I will be filing a report and posting this review everywhere.
