All my Sons Moving company: Do not recommend anyone use this company find another company to use they do not deliver on their promises. It started with how much they appreciated our business and not to worry they have everything covered. Day of our move only 2 guys and a truck showed up and it should have been 3. SCAMMER ALERT!!! I scheduled my move three weeks ahead of time. When I didn’t hear from them 18 hours before my move to find out what time they would be coming. I was told that they didn’t have a slot available for me, but that they would try to squeeze me in late in the afternoon. At this point, they asked me to go over my inventory with them again and told me that I will be charged double what I was quoted. When I complained about this, they canceled my move. SHAME ON ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY! Do Not Use this company! I HAVE SPOKE WITH THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN CLAIMS!! I had my furniture moved into a POD so I could get work done on the inside of my house. I also called the same company to unload it. Much to my surprise nothing was used to protect between the furniture in the POD and many things were scratched up. The Biggest problem I had is that when my furniture was face planted onto concrete, due to inappropriate equipment and not enough help!!! I also had the same item dropped... read more
Showed up 8 hours late and charged me double what was quoted. Lies and excuses the whole way through. An absolute nightmare would not recommend ♥️
