DO NOT USE THEM! I originally scheduled a move for May 1st. I called April 17th to move my move to April 24th. The guy I talked to said he had it changed and everything was set and that they will call me the day before the move to give me a time frame. Well Thursday the 23rd comes along and no phone call. Do not go on the website and indicate any interest in their services. You will get 8 am robocalls and then repeat calls from some guy named Trevor, even when you ask not to be contacted, and even if you ask Trevor to stop calling you multiple times. Very poor business model. Harassing me with solicitation calls is not the way to earn trust!

You guys just moved me today. I had less furniture than I've ever had and it took TWICE the amount of time as my last two moves. Costing me more than double my last two moves. I was exhausted so I just stared looking through all my boxes and guess what I found???? BROKEN STUFF IN ALMOST EVERY BOX. Plus my medicine bag was in my nightstand and I found it EMPTY in another box. I HAVE TO HAVE THAT MEDICINE AND ITS THE WEEKEND SO I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY DOCTOR. UPDATE: THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS! When we called to remedy this situation (read below), they claimed we lied and refused to address their mistakes. Original review: First off, the guys that did the actual moving did a great job. It wasn't their fault their bosses don't know how to run a business! They brought a truck that was too small. They said they were there to move 1,800sq ft, but the house is well over that, and we didn't mention anything about 1,800. They gave me an estimate of $500-600 for a move from Tucson to Phoenix and I put down a $100 deposit. Then they refused to unload my furniture until I paid them the remaining $1,052.60 for a $1,152.60 bill. They went on and on about a two hour minimum load and unload time and then about fuel surcharges that were never part of the original estimate. Showed up 2 hOURS PRIOR to scheduled time. Wasted 1/2 hour of the time debating the "size " of the move. (I provided a list of the items PRIOR to hiring for accurate quote). I was quoted a 3-man crew. Original quote two days prior was $197 Then BEFORE arrival. it jumped to $237 Only TWO arrived. Then 39 minutes into the loading they informed me they were out of time and would be moving only what they had loaded (which was not even 1/2 the required items. My ex wife hired these clowns to move her one bedroom apartment a quarter of a mile away. She called, set the appointment, and paid for four hours work. When the day came, they did not show up. They were supposed to be there between 1 and 3. She called them at 3:00pm. The owner answered and told her that they do not do small jobs like that and that the person she spoke to misquoted them. If 'no stars' was an option, it would be selected. If you honestly have morals, and care about your personal items- go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I experienced what could be the worse move I've ever had. Not only was the move a complete disaster, the service in which the employees displayed- as a representation of your company - is appalling. Horrible experience from A to Z, nothing was done right. I booked for 5 movers, only 3 showed up for a huge home that needed to be empty that day, they had no packing materials and didn't know there's a grand piano although an estimator came to the house and saw everything. When the materials arrived they didn't know what they were doing, I had to work with them to get things done.
