Have been pleased with the professionals they have sent. Like the plan, the coverage, and the cost is not too expensive, though the charge has increased. Really like being able to get multiple services using the same professional under one service request. The professional works until the issue is resolved even if they need to come back out without an additional service fee charge. Would give 5 stars but have experienced some limitations on what they will do to resolve an issue.

We have had good service everytime we have to have someone out. heater was done to our satisfaction, after two visits, it has worked very well. The ice maker was replaced and doing very good.
Had an issue with the AC not working and American Home Shield sent someone out to have it serviced immediately. There was a part that was no longer covered under our AC warranty, however it was covered under American Home Shield. This saved us lots of money in the end.
I have loved AHS for the 20 years that I have used them. I have never had a problem in dealing with AHS. They are timely in getting me connected to the people who have to come out and do the work. Employees for AHS are always super polite and efficient.
I like how fast they are respond when you do a request.
Outstanding customer service and response.
Fast turnaround. But expensive. Monthly rate needs to go down to $50
