They responded quickly and when the first contractor couldn’t get to me for 3 weeks they immediately found another contractor and my fridge was fixed in 2 days.

American Home Shield set an excellent company employee to take care of my three problems. Two out of the three need to be replaced and they are working on them quickly. Carlos’s service was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and needed to be repaired or replaced. I liked the ease of use, the quality service, the no hassle finding how to get something fixed. It relieved me of a lot of headache.
So far I have had a great experience with Home Shield. They have fixed my washer and AC within a reasonable time and customer service is always available and friendly. I have only had to pay the "deductible" that is required and the rest was paid for without issue by the warranty. I am very happy with this company and look forward to continuing our customer/provider relationship
Even though I balk at paying my monthly fee when I need something done there's never questions asked and they have it fixed!
