Overall, we’ve gotten more benefit than cost with AHS. We’ve had several plumbing issues and beside the $100 fee the rest has been covered saving us thousands of dollars. However, it seems some of the companies contracted are less than stellar and we have been without AC since August 20th. I have been frustrated with the communication and lack of information about this delay.

We have made 2 claims since purchasing our home. Both were handled immediately. They fixed one toilet and replaced another with a new handicap toilet. We are very pleased with their work, speed of service and coverage. Thank you!

Not all vendor/service providers 100% reliable, some much better than others, but in general good and have solved our problems. Reallymost have been good, but the AC and pools less so. . Overall process is easy

The AHS warranty is good but some service technicians are not very thorough and I feel they are just guessing what the problems are, in my opinion AHS needs to contract reputable companies
