Bought a home with an American Home shield warranty. The A/C compressor soon went out. The warrant did fix the A/C , however it did go out again about 6 months later after the warranty expired, and I had to replace the whole system.
The customer service rep was very helpful and the service tech was knowledgeable. The issue with my oven was taken care of promptly.
Great service with timely response. They did what said they would do.
Prompt and quality service. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Problem was identified and solutions presented.
I liked the ease of not having to fine help and the speed of getting things fixed
Professional and good customer centric service
I have been with AHS for the past 8 years. The only negative aspect to the program is the price. It started at 56 dollars a month with a 75 dollar service cost, to its current rate of 113 dollars a month and a 100 service call. Out of all my claims I only had to fight one which AHS eventually approved. Still worth the value giving the rising costs of everything else, but a little disappointing.
Got great service in timely manner .I highly recommend this company.
