It is worth the money you pay for the peace of mind when your appliances misbehave. Recently I was given the option to shop for a new refrigerator when the replacement part for my existing product was unavailable. I received the cheque mailed to my home a few days after the proof of purchase, and installation were shared.

American Home Shield has been a remarkable source of affordable domestic assurance for my family. They kept it from becoming truly expensive. They constantly ensure that everything I request is taken care of. Usually, my reair technicians are fabulous!!! I'm a bit frustrated, but not angry, that some repairs require two visits. I'm so glad I have been with AHS for a long time!

It was the first time I had to use it. It was a great experience, they came within a reasonable time, fixed it right away. The man was very easy to deal with. Explain everything he had to do. It is the best thing I have bought, the peace of mind is worth it. I would recommend this service . I told my son and daughter about UT and they bought have bought it. Thanks again

Good customer service most of the time. Quick turn around in assigning contractor. On several occasions the item repaired breaks again. Of course after 30 days. Then you have to pay more money to fix AGAIN! Extend your time limit to report these incidents.
