When I called and explained my situation American Home Shield made my appointment and informed me who would perform my services. A. R. T. Heating and Air Condition came out the same day I called American Home Shield and repaired my AC.

I loved the no hassle response. I was recently surprised when there was no haggling when my appliances needed to be replaced. I was give the option of comparably valued appliances or check or e-card. I chose the e-card because although the chosen AHS appliances were comparable, my choice brand was not included and I was able to get that brand with the e-card.
