I have had nothing but positive experiences with AHS. I recently requested service on my washer and they sent out 2 different contractor companies who were not able to fix the issue. These contractors told AHS the fix was something not covered by my warranty and therefore they would not work on the issue. I reached out to AHS with photos and an explanation of how I didn't feel the contractors knew the real issue.
