I like my experience with AHS so far. I am a little concerned about some of the contractors they have contracts with and have such awful reviews/ratings. However, when I asked to switch contractors they obliged. To me, a company should have good ratings to able to be contracted out on service calls.

I contacted AHS and submitted a service request for my refrigerator. Response was pretty quick. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They ordered the part and came back and replaced it the next week

Having to continually receive repair after repair on and item we felt definitely should have been replaced and would have lost all of our food if we didn’t replace it ourselves.
