AHS delivered on their commitment to us We received professional and prompt service on our requests. From taking advantage of the Rekey service to repair of appliances, we are very pleased with the results. Our washer and dryer were repaired and our microwave was replaced with a brand new unit. Great. On time and very efficient
Our water heater started leaking so AHS replaced it two days after I filed the claim! No hassels but they don't pay for upgrades to meet new Codes including raising the water heater to meet Code.
The AHS response to my request was prompt and this was unusual being as I live in a rural area. I was pleased with the contractor. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part with him and hopefully solved the problem long term.
Overall service was good
American Home Shield consistently provides outstanding service through their state of the art web portal and via their service contractors. We recently had an issue with our air-conditioning unit. The provider contacted us within 24 hours and set up an appointment time. The service provider was wonderful and fixed our issue quickly.
