They have always been very helpful and saved us money.
Very satisfied with AHS. We have had them for a long time and don't have any complaints.
Reasonable prices that match the value of the service and products they repair or replace. If you think about it, this company will eventually have claims as something eventually will break down at your house. I filled out an online easy form to request service and I received text message updates to keep me in the loop until a plumber could call and confirm an appointment. I had a product within it's original warranty time and AHS handled everything.
The time from the initial reporting the problem to American Home Shield and the time the problem is corrected, is entirely to long. I was without a refrigerator for almost a month. That is way to long! I probably jbwill continue with my contract but I am NOT happy about the length of time it took to fix my refrigerator!
I use AHS because they have helped us with our appliances and systems, especially when unexpected breakdowns occur.
I have peace of mind with reputable people coming to my home.

Got on the issue quick, but due to the heat it just took a bit to get someone out quick to repair the breakdown. Tis the season and I understand.
