It was the first time I had to use it. It was a great experience, they came within a reasonable time, fixed it right away. The man was very easy to deal with. Explain everything he had to do. It is the best thing I have bought, the peace of mind is worth it. I would recommend this service . I told my son and daughter about UT and they bought have bought it. Thanks again

Good customer service most of the time. Quick turn around in assigning contractor. On several occasions the item repaired breaks again. Of course after 30 days. Then you have to pay more money to fix AGAIN! Extend your time limit to report these incidents.
