AHS has trustworthy vendors that are prompt to respond. Delays are due to parts shortages, and that can be frustrating especially when the refrigerator is going out....but, the vendor gave the refrig an extra boost of refrigerant to keep it cold enough to run the 2 wks it took to secure the part. LGs are known for compressors going out and Victorr knew exactly what to do to keep us up & running meantime.
Always AMAZING overall Service, great Customer Service, quick Service and scheduling of Service. Very Patient and informative throughout all steps of Service.
