My problem was fixed in no more than an hour
If you don't have a home coverage on your house you need it because your never know when something is going to happen. And American Home Shield is the best. They take care of your needs and stays on it until its done.

The customer service rep was very professional and helpful and was able to assist me with my needs.
This process works real good on simple things that the repair person can fix but when the repair person cannot fix the problem the issue gets lost the the American Home Shield process, and no one on the phone seems to know what to do. Except help you submit a new service request or take a payment to re-new your subscription.
The rep that came was very nice and knew what she was doing. She wasted no time in getting my dish washer fixed.
