Great and timely service. Very professional!
Very average company who more tries to duct tape any appliance rather than replace. No matter the issue with fridge, HVAC or ice machine, they are going to go out of their way to have 3 or more visits (and charge you for them) before replacing with new.
I have already submitted one of these for my refrigerator repair. Service tech was professional, skilled, clean and well-trained.
I would like it easier to get in contact with AHS for questions.. like a live chat. I was on hold for several hours I wanted to do a video talk to the appliance guy . They said I had to go through AHS .
Prompt response however, The companies assigned need to have better ratings. No repairs for smoke detectors is a minus in rating.
