Initial call in after filing claim/s, frustrating at times as the call seems to go OFF Shore and hard to understand. Once my latest claim was dispatched, as URGENT, after a few more calls, I got a good plumber. He diagnosed septic issues. My policy covered such an issue. I was advised my check for nearly all the 1400.00 bill was en route via mail. Having AHS is peace of mind when it comes to a breakdown of an appliance, pipes, or AC. I can make a call and it will get taken care of. I am not always pleased with the 1st company they select for me and I have to request another the reps have been good about finding someone that will work with my schedule and need. All in all the job was performed right the first time and to date never had to recall a company back out.
I appreciate American Home Shield. I don’t stress over cost the cost of most home repairs.
