AHS has always come through for us. The latest was replacement of a washing machine without any cost to me. When they say if they can’t fix it they replace iit they mean what they say. Worth the service cost.

If you don't have a home coverage on your house you need it because your never know when something is going to happen. And American Home Shield is the best. They take care of your needs and stays on it until its done.

This process works real good on simple things that the repair person can fix but when the repair person cannot fix the problem the issue gets lost the the American Home Shield process, and no one on the phone seems to know what to do. Except help you submit a new service request or take a payment to re-new your subscription.
