My husband is a Vietnam Veteran, and we are both senior citizens. He is blind from one eye and has cancer. It is unacceptable and no one should be put through this torturous situation. American Home Shield has been very informative and professional to call and keep us updated. However, we have been without a working AC for almost I believe three weeks. It has been very hot.
