Everything seemed to go smoothly from calling to explain the problem, to making the appointment, and to the repair. The communication was good. However, The installer told us just to flip the dryer door to the opposite side. It wouldn’t work. We found out that the whole door needed to be dismantled and reassembled first. We finally figured it out.
Everything was taken care of in 13hrs from initial call! Rocked it!

We put in a claim, and AHS takes care of is every time. However, we pay over $100 monthly, and still pay a deductible when we need service. It's just annoying because we pay them over $12,000 per year. It's just annoying. But they do send us the people we need for the repairs. I guess I can't complain about that
