I liked the service company person who finally arrived. It just took a little longer than expected due to scheduling conflicts on both sides. The service person was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I think the coverage is good for the price. However, I do think that once you schedule an appointment to get the issue resolved, the time it takes to order the parts, have the parts come in, and then schedule a time to fix the actual issue is quite lengthy.
