Having American Home Shield gave me peace of mind knowing should any of the house-hold items covered had a problem, it would be met with either a necessary repair or replacement at a fair and reasonable price.
The technician was professional and friendly. He kept us "in the loop" with phone calls. The parts arrived on time, and he returned to complete the repair when he said he would. Thank you!

The ease to make appointments. The high value for low cost.
When I called and explained my situation American Home Shield made my appointment and informed me who would perform my services. A. R. T. Heating and Air Condition came out the same day I called American Home Shield and repaired my AC.

The service was conducted in a professional way ad the repair was of good quality! Nothing more needs to be said
Overall the coverage has been very good. Had to make loads of calls. All the representatives were very polite. If you don't get one of their appliance choices, the cash out is very low.

The ease of starting a claim is incredible. The speed of getting a technician out was outstanding. The bad part was taking 2 weeks to install the new water heater.

I submitted my request for service and received a call from American Home Shield the next day with the name of the contractor that would be dispatched to my home. The contractor reached out shortly thereafter to schedule a time for the tech to come to my home. The response was quick and the service was excellent!
