Piece of mind is a wonderful thing. With that said, it can be a slow process getting a service call scheduled, technician out to the home, diagnosis, approval for repair or replacement and resolution of issue. When you're working FT out of the home, scheduling appts that don't require you to leave work early is difficult. If you work from home or are retired, it's not an issue. I like the fact that AHS responded to my request quickly with no hesitation. The service was prompt and to the point. A Service tech was at my home the next day. Thank you AHS YOU Rock.
