They seem to try to get someone out as soon as possible, but I do not feel as if they are actually interested in fixing the problem, rather than bandaiding it. Now the price is going up 20% after a year and limits are being set or lowered for repairs.

The knowledge of the contractors to analyze the problem in a matter of minutes. They asked the questions and were very patient in listening to the answers from us elderly. From that they knew that the call for what they were here for was wrong. They called back and had the right people for the job come in. Kind, and patient with us old folks. Trust Worthy!

AHS coverage is lacking. You cover certain parts but don't cover the installation of the parts. I had a water heater replaced and had to pay hundreds to get it installed because the installer wanted the connections to be new. We agree they should be new with a new heater but that should be covered. It was not required by code. Likewise, we got our coil replaced. The installer wanted to replace the plenum and that requires plenum insulation and coating. We agree those were required but not due to code. It's just an installati... read more
