We cannot say enough about AHS s customer service. Our refrigerator required two calls to repair the problem and in the end it could not be fixed. Throughout the entire process AHS was on it, made sure everything was done promptly and never hesitated when the service provider determined it wasn't fixable to replace our refrigerator with a new one. They didn't give us a hard time at any point in this process. In fact quite the opposite, they went out of their way to be accommodating. We feel like we have the best home insurer... read more
