The ease with which service can be scheduled and professionalism of the technicians who come out to provide the service. I just wish I had remembered what all is covered by our policy before calling for outside help with A/C and plumbing issues a few months ago!! It would've saved us a bunch of money!

Love the plan but from initial service to approval time to actual work to repair takes longer that we expected The company that help us with our AC was top notch. No complaints with them. They were friendly and effective Thank you Moreno plumbing and Heating awesome job.

For the most part, I’m pretty impressed with AHS. There have been a couple of times I have not been happy with the results, But not so many that I would think about dropping the service. Again, I’m happy overall and they come through for me more often than not.
