The service was very good The technician knew exactly what the problem was. I was very satisfied.

Getting our service request assigned went very smoothly, I included a request for two issues which was covered by the same plumbing company you provided. Only one of the issues was resolved the 2nd issue the technician said he would need to order the part and would be contacting us to come back, but they never did. I tried calling them directly and still never received a reply so I still have a broken faucet in my master bathroom tub.
The technicians were very courteous that served me.
I have this insurance on all three of my rental properties and will add it to my three newly purchased properties. I love this company. I started with having AHS on my first house in 2020, and as I purchased houses, I made the smart decision to add this insurance. So far, I had 2 HVAC replacements that would have put me in bankruptcy had it not been for this added insurance. My cost was very little compared to what AHS paid.
