Overall things worked pretty well and the plumbing company was very responsive and did an excellent job. Can't say as much about the automated system. Attempted three times to access the system and kept getting error messages. Finally, just called to make arrangements. Also, the automated e-mail notification system was a little late notifying me that the assigned company was on the way.

The system allows you to file claims efficiently. I don't often care for the companies that get assigned to me. I've actually had to kick a rude appliance repair man for my washer out of my house. Now I check their ratings and request a different company if I need to. That works better for me. I also don't like it when they don't speak English very well.
