Customer service is quick. The repair service isn't as quick and sometimes they don't show up on the appointment day. A reschedule is necessary and that's a problem for someone that works.

If I hadn't inquired on our service through chat, I would never have known our case was closed because the part needed was discontinued. So, after the chat I called and spoke to the appliance replacement rep. She was very helpful. Explained the options well. But... Never received the email to make our choice of the options.

Overall, AHS is easy to work with and very responsive. Their prices when I first joined weren't bad but they are really getting expensive. I am also not happy that a co-worker gets free offers while I do not-why don't all their customers receive the same benefits?

I like the process however, I did tell the agent about my dishwasher -the fact that I have Multiple Sclerosis and when I turned , I fell into the dishwasher causing the door to be damaged. The agent knew at the time when. Su m supervisor spoke the repair person and told him that the company does not pay for someone can z?!
