I like AHS overall but would like to see more discounts offered to customers
I called Saturday and on Monday I still had not heard from the A/ C company. I had to call and schedule the appt myself. Appt was not 24 hrs after. I was schedule until Wednesday morning and the weather has been over 100. However, A/C company was quick to fix the issue.
AHS picked the proper company to do the work. Save me the trouble of having to call different people. I really appreciate having someone else do all of the legwork.
Filing a claim was easy and quick. The company they sent out was very quick and professional.
They seem to try to get someone out as soon as possible, but I do not feel as if they are actually interested in fixing the problem, rather than bandaiding it. Now the price is going up 20% after a year and limits are being set or lowered for repairs.
The knowledge of the contractors to analyze the problem in a matter of minutes. They asked the questions and were very patient in listening to the answers from us elderly. From that they knew that the call for what they were here for was wrong. They called back and had the right people for the job come in. Kind, and patient with us old folks. Trust Worthy!

AHS coverage is lacking. You cover certain parts but don't cover the installation of the parts. I had a water heater replaced and had to pay hundreds to get it installed because the installer wanted the connections to be new. We agree they should be new with a new heater but that should be covered. It was not required by code. Likewise, we got our coil replaced.
