My upright refrigerator is still not working properly. The icemaker is making pyramid ice at the bottom. It will be serviced again on Thursday of next week. This makes the 4th time.

Ease of setting up a request for repair. But one down side I have experienced in the past which I already informed AHS about needs AHS' attention. One suggestion I have is that they should allow customers to recommend the service provider to use especially on more urgent cases. Any suggestions is highly appreciated. Like when I had a repair needed on my home aircon. They want me to wait for 3-5 days before the technician becomes available.
