We order spa cover and in the time of purchase we was told that should arrived 4 to 6 weeks . I check with store rep after a month and they inform me that will arrived in 12 to 16 weeks !!!! If I know this that I will order from other places !!!Not recommending this company and they service is so bad !! there is nobody to talk to only you have to send the text message with your problem !!!!! Artesian spa makes bad choice to choose American Sales as they are only one in ******** representative !!!!!!!

We purchased a hot tub floor model from the store in ***********. The first thing we noticed after we had it set up and running is that it was leaking water. We called our sales guy and he walked me through some steps to troubleshoot the issue. Thankfully, my fiancé is handy because I never would of been able to do this on my own. He stated that if we still had an issue to call him back and he would try to get a technician out but would take time. My fiancé was able to fix it and water has no longer leaked. They dont stand behind their products. Did not get what I thought I purchased. Sales lied about the installation and what it covered. They were missing parts for the installation and have never finished the install. I called and text over and over. They gave me days they would return and never did. **************** is none existent.

We purchased a pool in May. It was installed, and reinstalled again, both times done poorly. Our pool is standing, but it's uneven again and the liner has a tiny leak. The frog chlorine system isn't working properly and the pipes for the filter have been leaking since install. American Sale's customer service ignores you. It's text message based so they never respond. They refuse to take pride in the products they sell. You can call the salesman to ask for help with customer service, but that leads no where too. We ordered a very expensive pool with installation from American Sales in **********. The installation was almost 2 months past the date we signed up for and then pool was installed wrong. They said they were pulling the permit and then that never happened. The drains were installed not to code. And the plumbing to the heater and pump were installed wrong. When we went to close the pool we had to cut the pipes to both the heater and pump and now we have to reinstall new piping. NO ONE will answer email or phone calls from us... read more

We placed an order in May 2022 for patio furniture and was given a delivery date for August that turned into September. When I called in October it still wasn't in and then no other communication until I called on Monday. Furniture was finally delivered 2/22/23. Poor communication all around. We should have never been given a delivery date that they had no intention of meeting.

We purchased an above ground pool in Fall of 2021 and was told we would be first on the installation list for spring of 2022. The sales order stated an April/May installation date. The pool and equipment was delivered in March 2022. After several calls I was told we we had been assigned and installer and would hear from them. Never heard from the installer and when attempted to call their mailbox was full. Took nearly 6 weeks to get my hot tub when I was told 3 weeks delivery, then after installation, a 20 volt plug that needed a special outlet was needed, so until my electrician has time to come out, Im stuck with my thumb up my a** looking out my window at a water filled hot tub that cant be plugged in when I had 6 weeks to prepare it I knew.
