Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and the sales associate really worked with us to seal the deal. A very pleasant and wonderful experience. The sales associate did not pressure me or over promise on items he could not deliver.

Zack and Nico were very patient and knowledgeable regarding our questions in spa purchase, including after delivery when we had additional questions about balancing chemicals for set up. Everyone at this store in Carol Stream has been professional and friendly.

My sales person Steve was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Delivery was very quick and professional. One of my cushions had a few black marks on it. The delivery man took a picture, wrote it on the paperwork I signed, and a new cushion was delivered two days later. Excellent quality and service!!

My items never arrived. When I contacted American Sale to inform them, I received a very rude reply. ******** customer service. I never received my items, and I never received a refund. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I should have read the reviews.

Worst experience buying anything- American Sale does not stand behind their products or use competent companies when installing their products-- no customer service to even talk to when they mess up or something goes wrong just text them, they'll answer telling you it's not their problem call the idiots who screwed it up for you in the first place. Fair warning to anyone who's in the market.... Do not buy anything from American Sale. Go somewhere else even if it costs a little more, it's not worth the problems.

My Oahuelite hot tub was leaking. The technician came out Sept 17th and identified that it was leaking at the led lens covers and that they all needed to be replaced, except the large one was not in stock. It told him to do them all at the same time when he gets ***** has been 2 months and the hot tub has been unusable since. You cannot talk to anyone about it, only texting. Bought a hot tub cover on June 14th. Told originally 4-6 weeks, we'll 15 weeks later on Sept. 30th finally got cover. Had to call them to get updated, gave me a loaner cover after 12 weeks. Overall terrible experience and am probably done with them.
