My sales person Steve was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Delivery was very quick and professional. One of my cushions had a few black marks on it. The delivery man took a picture, wrote it on the paperwork I signed, and a new cushion was delivered two days later. Excellent quality and service!!<br /> <br />

My Oahuelite hot tub was leaking. The technician came out Sept 17th and identified that it was leaking at the led lens covers and that they all needed to be replaced, except the large one was not in stock. It told him to do them all at the same time when he gets ***** has been 2 months and the hot tub has been unusable since. You cannot talk to anyone about it, only texting. The recent reply (2 weeks ago) was that they are waiting on the 3.5" lens cover. I texted them yesterday and today and no reply. I feel I am just be lef... read more

Bought a hot tub cover on June 14th. Told originally 4-6 weeks, we'll 15 weeks later on Sept. 30th finally got cover. Had to call them to get updated, gave me a loaner cover after 12 weeks. Overall terrible experience and am probably done with them.

American Sale in *********** is a disappointment. The extreme lack customer service, class and expertise in their field is unbelievable. As I read previous remarks, I realize many customers have the same experience. Regardless of the situation a blame always lands on the installer or the customer. ************** the general manager is generous with apologies, deflection of fault which is thrown at his own team members. They were good on the front side, and terrible on the uptake. They were dishonest about promised rebates, tax incentives, and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. Avoid them like the plague unless you want to sustain substantial losses as I did. Dishonest to the degree of being fraudulent. Have been reported to the Illinois ***************************

DO NOT BUY YOUR POOL FROM AMERICAN SALE!! I purchased a pool in March of 2023. The installers destroyed my deck! They hacked up the floor boards and cut a main support beam. The deck is now a safety hazard. It has been over a year and the issues has not been addressed. They have taken to ignoring me. Go on yelp and read all the other negative reviews. STAY AWAY! Spend your hard earned money with a company that appreciates your business.

We order spa cover and in the time of purchase we was told that should arrived 4 to 6 weeks . I check with store rep after a month and they inform me that will arrived in 12 to 16 weeks !!!! If I know this that I will order from other places !!!Not recommending this company and they service is so bad !! there is nobody to talk to only you have to send the text message with your problem !!!!! Artesian spa makes bad choice to choose American Sales as they are only one in ******** representative !!!!!!!
