Probably the worst company to deal with. Can't do what they said they would and can't fix their mistakes.
Basically I don’t know if it is Americor or the person I originally dealt with but the information I was given at the start of the program was completely wrong. I was told I would receive letters to send to my creditors so I wouldn’t get calls at home, work, and my family bothered. This information was a complete lie. At first, I started off like in the a lot, but I feel like once I was with you guys nothing has been the same every time I try to get in contact with with Gabriel or someone about my case I would get runaround and then I was told I would get a loan at six months of good payments and then after about two months, I went to call and make sure and they said it was 6 to 12 months now. I definitely would like to talk to somebody higher up.
It's really not, it's just the daily calls, emails and txt messages from my creditors. I feel terrible .
Several months into program i was told thay my bank account was no longer able to be used by americorp. Unfortunately i had to end services
My loan disbursement was suppose to be a Monday, it's Thursday and I don't have it
Because I am still getting calls from my credit card company's two months after starting
I was told by my account manager that the first payment would be a half payment the whole payment was taken out of my account which makes it negative now I hope I'm not being scammed
