Because I never got calls from my creditors until I got into the program now I get harassing calls multiple times per day I won't be satisfied until the calls stop
Fees were expensive associated with the program
So far I'm not impressed. I am still getting lots of phone calls and notices saying my accounts are past due.

It takes them too long to contact the creditors and start making payment
I feel like nothing is happening. I still get harassing phone calls and lots of mail from them. I just feel like I could pay the cards off faster with less impact to my credit
If you have low income, don't go to them because they can't help. They said they would get back at me and text me back and I haven't heard anything and then I just checked on the e-mail and they said they weren't able to help me because I didn't qualify.
