They will promise great things, and then spend the rest of your time with them saying no. If you live paycheck to paycheck don't be surprised if they message you asking for an additional 5k deposit next month. Lol. If i had 5k extra I wouldn't need their help. They promised a quick turnaround, its been 4 years and still counting for $30k in 5 accounts. Very informed and helpful. Not pushy but thorough!
I really can’t rate this if nothing yet has been done with my creditors. Not even sure when creditors will even begin to start to be paid. It’s like patting someone on their back on a job well done & they never did anything. I feel come back with asking for rating once I see something being done. Thank you on understanding.
Once you're with them it's just as bad as before you needed them ,if not worse. They don't return calls in a timely fashion. When you need their help with something they make you do all the work for them. I ended up having to go to court multiple times. I'm stuck with it now but I wouldn't use them again.
Right now nothing has been done to make sure that they can help and I have already put in over $600.00 payments toward the debt.
When I was first introduced to the program I felt like there was good customer service at that time, but while being part of the program I felt like the customer service kind of declined from that. It feels like the availability wasn't as available as it seems to be when I was first contacted because there's a lot of times where I need to contact them but it was a weekend and I'm not able to contact them on the weekend and then anytime that they were available I had to work at that time so I was never really able to contact ... read more
Not very professional the lady had any attitude when we said we wanted another day to think about the loan process.
It's nerve racking and scary not knowing the true progress of the situations.
