They don't have reliable customer service for online application. I was bounced around from thw website representatives to the local company after I submitted an application and no one could find it.
When I started working with Americor, they were very responsive and helped me upload or otherwise provide information to identify my debts and to identify how I was going to make my monthly payment to them for their services. Once they started, I rarely heard anything from them. I do not think that they are good at making "good will" calls, just checking to see how things were going or if I needed any assistance. All I get is a generic response on the chat. You do not check to make sure the accounts are dealt with properly and in a timely manner.
Haven't been with it long enough to fairly rate. Just know it's very nerve racking not even attempting to pay the bills and receiving the never ending phone calls from the creditors.
Always kept me up to date, very friendly, and very attentive. My advice to others would be to be patient. It takes time and you need to be in communication with your lenders or whoever you're working with because they are a great resource. It's a long process and people need to be patient, but overall, I'm seeing my credit score going up.
We have consistently contributed money for 5 months and we rarely hear anything from Americorp. It is very frustrating.
