I do not like that you all do not contact the creditors and they continually harass where you should be letting them know you are now taking care of the accounts
I have a loan from a company called maxlend. They charge high interest rates. When I talked to Peter, he assured me that if I called back the next day, that they would be able to add it to the debt consolidation. The following day I called and they said they needed a copy of the agreement. I emailed it to them, then later on I got an email saying that they couldn't do anything with it because the interest rate was out of their parameters. I feel like I have been lied to.
The fact that I am paying for services I’m not receiving.. I’m being threatened and harassed by my creditors and American has not lived up to their commitment
Alot of misleading information not very accurate.
Called and asked to speak to who was handling my loan after papers were signed and did not hear back.
No communication. When you call to speak with them or get a staus you only get a canned response
I would at least like to see if you guys are trying to negotiate the items we are going to work instead of only seeing my credit score take a nose dive.
I joined this company to help myself out of debt, they toll me they can and will help me,but they didn't now I'm getting sued by one of the collectors for more than I owed,no one ever talks to you,no way to get in touch ,they left me to the wolves,never ever use this company I negotiated my own payoffs,very disapointed
They took my payment a week early causing an od fee. I reached out several times and just got the runaround. I want to cancel my contract asap!
