Didn't explain the program good. And when I canceled the service. They keep trying to bill me
Recently became a client. So far interaction and response have been wonderful. Explained the program in detail and helping me get started in a way I could understand. Answered my questions. Has kept in touch with me.
Haven't actually had any backlash from any creditors yet and I don't even know if Americor is doing anything
I'm still getting bills from creditors and left 2 messages for someone to call me and they didn't. Not very happy
Be careful who works for you. I wish they would stop lying to people.
Not forthcoming with information or guidance. It is effective but I don’t like how they do it. They need to make sure you don’t nee a loan. They were able to save me money but I was stuck with a higher loan payment as the only way to guarantee that I could pay it off. I think they should better explain how the program works. They did deliver what they said they would.
Too much time and lowering credit score.
My credit wasn't out of control. My credit cards were more than half max. I thought I was consolidating and making one monthly payment
Because they lied and I have it in writing. They have done nothing that they agreed to say. And I am just finding out there's some kind of portal which nobody ever told me about. People have spoken to which by your company has been recorded they talk to me like I am ignorant. I am stopping all payments. Until you guys call me and everything is resolved.
