On hold tooo long. Once I am speaking with a representative, they're helpful. Also the representative was suppose to have sent me a link to submit documents, but did not.
The process is unclear. I know I am paying money but that is about all.
Everything was explained well as to what was to happen. Unfortunately there was an autopay drawn from my account that I didn't expect. I'm hoping there is no more surprises this time.
I do not like the communication system. Repetitive emails and your system is confusing.
If I could I wouldn't give a star at all. This place is horrible. They don't start paying anything till 3 months after signing agreement which screws your credit up even more due to causing late payments on credit cards. They are supposed to help with the hassle and instead make things worse.
I was told different pieces of information! I gave three creditors and I was told they’d be contacted. The creditors are calling me, wanting their money. I thought it would be an easier process.
Like to have all dept paid off in 2-3 years. Doesn't look like it. Have 1 dept that is being pd on.
