the customer service reps are like robots. you have to demand to speak with a mgr to get any thing done. never would recommend
There is team work or communication they mess up they take your informations and just toss it aside
My credit people still call me saying that I owe money and they are sending me emails saying I need to pay this, I need to pay that and I'm not hearing anything from Americor. I don't know how long it takes for the process to work. They are pretty nice. The guy that helped me out was pretty good.
Nothing we were led to believe by Americor occurred as described, nothing. Everything has been misleading and inaccurate. It's just another hustle.
They will promise great things, and then spend the rest of your time with them saying no. If you live paycheck to paycheck don't be surprised if they message you asking for an additional 5k deposit next month. Lol. If i had 5k extra I wouldn't need their help. They promised a quick turnaround, its been 4 years and still counting for $30k in 5 accounts. Very informed and helpful. Not pushy but thorough!
I really can’t rate this if nothing yet has been done with my creditors. Not even sure when creditors will even begin to start to be paid. It’s like patting someone on their back on a job well done & they never did anything. I feel come back with asking for rating once I see something being done. Thank you on understanding.
Once you're with them it's just as bad as before you needed them ,if not worse. They don't return calls in a timely fashion. When you need their help with something they make you do all the work for them. I ended up having to go to court multiple times. I'm stuck with it now but I wouldn't use them again.
Right now nothing has been done to make sure that they can help and I have already put in over $600.00 payments toward the debt.
