The staff is amazing , everyone that was in the office extremely nice and friendly. Christine that is at the front desk , she has the best customer service ever .. Thank you for all that you have done to make our visit extra comfortable and pleasant! King will be back for his follow-up shots! From and very pleased and satisfied customer! Our cat Echo became suddenly sick late morning on a Sunday. The local vet we have used in the past was closed and his regular vet is over an hour away. We called a clinic that was open in the area and were told that the wait would be at least 5 hours. Fortunately our next call was to Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek. Would highly recommend this hospital! Staff and doctors are super nice and attentive. They really take the time help you and your animal. I have been to several different animal hospitals and this one by far is my favorite one.

Just like most pet mommas I want the best for my babies. Animal Care Hospital has been so attentive to my girl Marley. I'm probably a bit annoying with all of my questions especially after I leave from our appointment but Christine has been nothing less of kind, compassionate, and understanding. All of the vet techs and vets I've met there are very warm and kind. They're thorough with their examinations and don't try to hustle you with silly fees. I'm thankful to have found such a wonderful clinic for my dogs.

First time patient, had an emergency with our dog, animal care got us in no problem, super fast service, absolutely wonderful, passionate and empathetic staff. Doctor walked right in and got down, kissing and petting our dog. Really felt wonderful the whole time and 100% trust these people. Never would I thought I'd say to my dog that he's lucky to be taken care of by this group of people. Also very well priced! Go here for your loved furry ones! They will take care of them! My dog Chewie developed a bump on his paw. Being a French bulldog I was nervous if they would have to sedate him to remove it. The entire staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable about it. It was a quick procedure and even though my dog was groggy when I went to pick him up, he didn't want to leave!

I've been to a few different veterinary care hospitals before, but the staff at Animal Care Hospital are hands down the most attentive, kind, and thorough. Not only did they take great care of my pup (I've never seen her tail wagging AFTER picking her up from the vet!), but they were also really quick to respond to my inquiries and questions before the appointment AND after I left. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for veterinary care.
