She wasn’t feeling good, and after a concerning urgent care visit earlier in the day and worsening condition, we took her in to AEH to be examined late at night. RecommendedVery, very pricey! Yes, I know it’s a hospital, but still more than I anticipated! Staff friendliness was hit and miss, we had arranged a time for pick up and transfer. Front desk didn’t know anything, he wasn’t ready and either was paperwork. Didn’t always seem like the right hand was talking to the left(if you know what I mean: not sure how well vet’s communicated, or even read charts). Seemed to get conflicting verbal information at times which was confusing. Would go again if needed, but would try other options first... read more
RecommendedI brought my Australian Cattle dog in last night for what turned out to be moist dermatitis. The staff at this place is amazing! Friday night after the 4th at 11pm is when I arrived. They helped me and let my nervous pup in a side door and right into a room. They were very busy but accommodating and patient. I greatly appreciate all they did for my baby! The staff even helped me carry all my things back to my car when it was time to leave. Thank you so much ❤️

RecommendedHad the most kind and compassionate care when my Indiana had to visit. I got pictures and text updates throughout his stay and the responses to my questions were almost immediate. Cannot recommend highly enough for all they did for my 15 yr old “kitty”!

RecommendedThey were very caring to my sweet Theo who was struggling with breathing. The care he received, then letting us have all the time we needed to say goodbye as he had heart failure or cancer which as I didn't one other time meant the world. Treated my husband and I very well.

RecommendedWe brought our dog Jasper to be treated after getting hit by a car, they were very quick to treat him, very kind and compassionate and did force any treatment upon us that wasn’t warranted. The environment was very clean and safe. I would definitely recommend.

RecommendedWell my little Kamille got into some serious trouble on Sunday so I called this place and asked what to do based on the amount and dosage they recommended I bring her in.
