RecommendedSo grateful for the veterinarians and staff at Animal Emergency Hospital of Grand Rapids. They took such good care of my kitten, Winnie, during her ER visit and her admission. Being able to get regular updates and to ask questions made such a difference. I could tell the staff genuinely cared, which was so refreshing. So thankful for their care for my sweet girl :)

RecommendedIt was the only place that would treat ferrets after hours, so we drove 3 hours to get there at night They were very friendly, professional and were able to treat our ferret, who would otherwise not have made it Very thankful for them

RecommendedThis was our first experience with an emergency vet. We have had dogs for 20 years and consider ourselves blessed. Our present dog loves to play with other dogs and her ear was injured at the dog park playing with her usual pack of friends. Of course this was on a Saturday, our personal vet office returned our call after we were on the wait list for the ER. Overall the care of great.
