RecommendedI brought my sugar glider with infected eye and we were seen in very timely manner for how busy they were, they take amazing care of their patients and show care and compassion, everyone there was very nice and helpful!

RecommendedThe last thing you want to do is drive an hour to the only available ER in "the area" ...but, I dont think the dogs would have gotten taken care of the way they did at any other ER. The staff was downright amazing and the bill was smaller than I would have ever imagined. We HOPE to never be back, but... if we have to.. Im glad it will be with you!

Recommendedwe are extremly thankful for the whole staff! They saved my dogs Life, and quick to respond to her in an need of being critically sick. They answered all our questions, called right after her surgery, they even sent photos of my dog to ensure she was doing well. The open text/chat is great. They responded with any questions or concerns I had at all hours of the night and genuinely cared for our dog while she was away from us. I cannot thank them enough for saving our dog.

RecommendedThank you for taking such good care of my baby! He had sudden swelling on his face and of course it happened after hours! He got a quick diagnosis of a tooth abscess. They noted his anxiety and placed him with me in a room to ease his fears. His pain was addressed and we were sent home with antibiotics and pain medication. Thank you so much for the great care of my baby boy. I hope that we will never have to use your services again😉 but I am very thankful that you were there when we needed you.

RecommendedI am so thankful for the care given to my kitty, Gorl, for her 2-night hospitalization! She wasn’t feeling good, and after a concerning urgent care visit earlier in the day and worsening condition, we took her in to AEH to be examined late at night. Their team seemed extremely busy when we arrived at midnight, helping take care of so many pets, and remained kind and efficient at making sure our baby was taken care of. RecommendedVery, very pricey! Yes, I know it’s a hospital, but still more than I anticipated! Staff friendliness was hit and miss, we had arranged a time for pick up and transfer. Front desk didn’t know anything, he wasn’t ready and either was paperwork. Didn’t always seem like the right hand was talking to the left(if you know what I mean: not sure how well vet’s communicated, or even read charts). Seemed to get conflicting verbal information at times which was confusing. Would go again if needed, but would try other options first... read more
RecommendedI brought my Australian Cattle dog in last night for what turned out to be moist dermatitis. The staff at this place is amazing! Friday night after the 4th at 11pm is when I arrived. They helped me and let my nervous pup in a side door and right into a room. They were very busy but accommodating and patient. I greatly appreciate all they did for my baby! The staff even helped me carry all my things back to my car when it was time to leave. Thank you so much ❤️

RecommendedHad the most kind and compassionate care when my Indiana had to visit. I got pictures and text updates throughout his stay and the responses to my questions were almost immediate. Cannot recommend highly enough for all they did for my 15 yr old “kitty”!
