I brought my Golden Retriever into the Plainfield Hospital around 4:30/5:00 in the morning. He had a sore on right below his ear and it was bleeding from him scratching it. The soar was diagnosed as a “Hot Spot”. I had called my Vet the day prior and they could not get him in. All I can say is “God Bless The Animal Emergency Hospital…..Lisa Reznik,DVM, took care of my Golden Retriever, cleaned and shaved the “Hot Spot” area, and today he is doing so much better. The Byron Center staff was INCREDIBLE and you could tell they cared about my kitten Frank. Online registration and queue made the process so much easier, especially for someone coming from Muskegon!

Was very happy at the response of urgency when we arrived with Buddy. The staff are all very polite and caring about both the pet and owner. Gave constant updates of what was going on and happening with our pet. 100% satisfied with the care we received while our pet was there. We recently had to bring our pregnant dog in with a stuck puppy. Staff were amazing and got her the help she needed right away. They were absolutely awesome and saved 2 of the 3 puppies.

.My little girl Zookie was so sick. Dr.Marilyn Brink saved her life.She absolutely breathed life into my little girl. Zookie (chihuahua)is 15 yrs 3weeks and 4 days old and thanks to Dr. Brink she is back to her sassy little self again… thank you and God Bless you and your staff of angels….you love animals and it shows..the world is a better place with you in it…. We brought in our budgie, they took time to explain what happened. Gave us time to say goodbye. Had to use extra money to have him put asleep. I think they shouldn't charge to put a animal asleep with the family already grieving the loss.

😽The wait was long because they were incredibly busy, and the waiting room is abysmal, but thankfully, they are building a new space next door. The sign-in process is laborious - way too long and involved. You have to repeat answers several times in the form.
