These apartments are poorly managed and not well kept. Here were a few of the issues we experienced after 2.5 years of renting. I would never consider living here again. MOLD: Our apartment had mold issues. We had someone come to do mold remediation, but we continued to find mold on our furniture and clothing even after the remediation. After talking with our neighbors, we learned that all the units in our building had mold which is why the remediation only worked temporarily. HI, My overall experience at the Arium Living Boca Raton is generally nice. I have lived here for two and a half years. It is a beautiful property and the neighbors are nice. Unfortunately , the one problem I have felt since the beginning is their constant attempts to make money when an opportunity arises. Besides raising the rent by a lot even to long term customers. Unhelpful, unorganized, inefficient, never calls back, and unprofessional. Worst apartment experience I've ever had.
My in person maintenance request was not handled. The public lights have been burned out for weeks in front of building 11. The dog waste stations are over flowing. The entry sign is missing letters.
I’ve had mold for three weeks and nothing has been done about it.
Ive lived there 8 years, never had to pay for my dog, never had problem parking, never had problem w nasty office person, all of that has changed, plus the fact that my rent has gone up $5 or $600 since I moved in. I will no doubt me moving out next year.
my address is shown wrong on the web portal, my rent is around 1.9k but i see there is deduction of 2k in my bank account. I dont see a clear breakdown statement of the rent. every two days the web portal seem to forget my password and i have to reset my password. I dont think it was a smooth transition from Bellavista to Arium.
