When walking in there were some associates sitting on furniture while others were standing. But they did let us walk and look for a bit then we were approached by one associate. He was very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions and made our experience a very pleasant one.
We have been lucky to have a friendly & helpful rep greet us every time we stopped by in the last 8 years. The first one who gets up to greet the customer gets the commission. 10% down for special order to be delivered in 5 weeks was a very reasonable offer. In the last 3 weeks we bought a bar table, 2 bar stools, a dining table set, a TV stand, a couch and a special order sleeper sofa from Janet.
