I purchased a large sectional from this location. Jesse was my salesman. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. At first I was a little hesitant because I had a horrible experience at Elite Furniture. I shared that with Jesse and he assured me that if I purchased from him that I have a five day return if I was not satisfied. Even after Jesse selling me the sectional, he checked to see if I was doing okay. I'm so happy with my sectional and my experience at this location.

Awesome customer service by Jesse. He greeted us soon after we entered the store and made himself available for any questions or help we needed. He was very courteous and helpful when showing us the various options in sofa sleepers. Jesse was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed throughout our shopping experience.

This Ashley Furniture is located directly across of target in salt lake. Not wanting to return to the location in Aiea near pearlridge because of a pushy sales person, we decided to try this one. Home furnishing saga continues.. This store is actually located across from Target Salt Lake parking lot. They have their own parking lot and it's rarely packed. We were greeted and assisted while exploring around. Although we did not purchase anything, it's great to have furniture options physically on island. These furniture pieces were pricey but the quality is definitely there. I just wished that they had some in the color I was looking for..

Today I purchased a Jofran Nature's Edge dining table, 2 benches and 2 chairs from the Red Knot side of the Ashley Furniture showroom. Kirsty Stoddard helped me from start to finish, and it was a great experience! She was very friendly, thorough and her customer service was outstanding. I'll be sure to look her up again the next time I plan on making a big furniture purchase. My husband and I took delivery of three leather sofas. The first two were not right for us. The first one did not fit in our small apartment. The second one was too uncomfortable. The third one was the charm. Mary at the Salt Lake store was wonderful. She was helpful and not pushy. I couldn't have asked for a better sales associate. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Ashley. Great Service. Thank You, Didi M.

I had a great experience today with Kirsty..I am trying to furnish a condo which needs to be fully furnished within 60 days. Kirsty listened to my needs, showed me several options, and guided me to make the decisions so that I achieve the look that I am looking for. I am now very excited to see how my new condo will come together..
