I have had some poor service here in the past, but that all changed when Arely Senda stepped into to work me on a hectic day and situation. She has not only gone above and beyond on my issues but made sure I was happy with the service. I will be staying with Aspen as my dental location!

I am a new patient with Aspen Dental, and while most people would agree, it can be a nerve wracking experience. I felt that way when I first went there, knowing that I needed extensive work done. From taking the initial images to working on my teeth, everyone was so nice, understanding and professional, which immediately settled my nervousness down to a manageable level. From my initial appointment the end of March to my precedure this past wednesday I was treated so very well . The staff is so friendly , they made me feel comfortable usually the dentist makes me nervous this time I was not . We was helped find the financial assistance that would work for us so I could get the treatment I needed and now I have a whole new smile . I would recommend Aspen to friends , family and strangers . Thank you for making me feel like family :-)

Kayleigh (spelling? ) was full of positive energy right from the get go. Erica made sure (or tried her best haha) that I was as comfortable as possible while taking pictures of my teeth. Amanda did a great job explaining to me exactly what was going on with my gums. Dr. Shah was extremely kind and made sure all of my questions were answered, and Lucy was a fantastic help as far as figuring out what to do after today's check up. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. They make me feel at ease and don't do a lot of "dentist lecture". They sit down with me and work with me to decide the best course of action - including financially. I hate going to the dentist. I am seriously afraid of needles - and honestly, I've had a great experience. Yes, I do tend to see different faces each time I go in, however, I've never felt like they aren't in the loop or don't know me or my situation. I had a wonderful experience at my new dentist, so I had to YELP about it. The staff was very open friendly and professional. I am a bit insecure about my teeth, but they made me feel very comfortable from start to finish.
