My appointment was scheduled at 3pm on 2/20/25 at Aspen Dental . I arrived at 2:30 I knew that I would go back before my appointment but at 3:00-3:20 other patients are checking in . Not sure how appointment work at a dental office but there were six people went back before I did. I spoke to the front desk receptionist and they said they just back for ********* would be going back very soon. Until today we have had no issues whatsoever with Aspen dental. We have used their practice in ************ and in *******. Our current issue with the aspen dental in ********** is that my husband had bridgework done in 2023, among other services and intensive dental cleaning. No issues. Yesterday my husbands bridgework broke, and we visited an aspen dental in *******. We were told the bridgework would have to be replaced. Dental insurance however will not cover it, because you can only get the same location bridgework done ... read more
Worst dental place. Located in ************* pa the front desk lady show nothing but rude attitude whenever you talk to her. They are listed as 24hours and 7 days a week, which they are not. They had my birthday in wrong even though I asked 2 times for them to change it. They kept sending my prescription to the wrong the pharmacy. I wish I would have reviewed this comments before I went.. I don't understand how this place is till operating.

When I made my New Patient appointment over the phone, I made it clear that I was only interested in a basic cleaning. I was told over the phone that I would have x-rays done, and the cleaning in the same day. I went into Aspen Dental thinking I was going to get x rays and a cleaning that same day. Unprofessional, rushed, and expensive. Set up financing and an auto debit payment plan through ***. After paying for a year with auto pay, Aspen Dental turned me into a collection agency!

I have had the worst experience ever going to this office in **********, ***First thing I had was the dentist here could not pull two of my teeth out and left them halfway in for over a week in so much pain I hated myself.Then I had to drive an hour just to get them pulled. (If I wanted to leave town I wouldn't have schedule it here)Then for months and months they messed up the insurance billing and I had dozens of inconvenient calls while working even after asking them to call after work. Worst dentist office I have ever been to, Sumter SC Aspen Dental is terrible, despite smoking up my know for dental information, they had nothing when I arrived. Took me in the back and did nothing, I sat there 39 minutes waiting for what, I have no idea.After listening to the dentist for 39 minutes trying to get in pants of office staff, I walked out...What a waste of time, you are better off getting your uncle to work on your teeth.
Aspen Dental of Hagerstown lied to me and told me my visit was free after I clearly told them my insurance plan... then before taking x rays in their office, I asked again if the x rays were included in my first visit without any cost and they said yes... and proceeded to bill me for the x rays and the visit. They told me they had to bill me because I had a dental savings plan. ??? I did not know it was legal to flat out lie to a customer about the amount they will owe. Awful customer service by the so called office manager who failed to call me back and after having my x rays analysed by my British dentist who said I had 3 minor issues and not $23,000 worth as per the kid who quoted me
