For over a year, I have been working with Aspen Dental billing, as well as their local office regarding a bill of over $1,000. The local office tells me it was in error and they have fixed it and it is now paid in full. Yet, I continue to get a bill. Now, for some reason it is $543. Now, a year after the dental work, the billing **** says my insurance didn't pay their part. Yet, my insurance paid it over a year ago. The customer service is terrible at the ******** ** office they never answer the phone always going to voice mail and even after 24 hours they don't call you back in process with my insurance for my partial like the dentist and staff in back front office *****

I do not like the place or some of the people in it. They get you in and get you started and when you come back its like they dont want to finish what they started. I was told to leave. All I needed was dentures replaced! Hard job

Any positive review is fake. This company needs to shut down. They start with a deep cleaning for 3k, then try and dig every dollar out of your pocket after that. Go somewhere else.

My husband made an appointment for me and we both received and confirmed the confirmation email that they sent to both of us. I was not a new patient although its been a few years since Ive been to Aspen. I have broken teeth and need help desperately but when I arrived for my appointment I was told I didnt have one because no one spoke to me verbally. I have the email confirming my appointment. Aspen Dental is not a good practice. Callers can't reach any location by phone and the final experience with this practice was today. My son is a return patient. He walked in to be seen as a follow up from ER as directed on his discharge from yesterday and was told he will be seen 3/14 which is 10 days later. Immediately called another practice and received an appt for tomorrow morning. Quality of Life is clearly not considered by Aspen. They will be out of business if they do not make any changes.

Back in December of last year I made the decision to get aligners for my teeth because I was having a lot of issues that they would solve. As they are not cheap if was a fairly big decision for my family. When I started my aligners I had a cavity that I was charged for when I paid for my aligners. Now I was in that office once a month for over 6 months under their care. I am not impressed with Aspen dental at all!! I received Dentures from Aspen ********* ** facility, they are horrible the dentures are cutting my gums so I cant wear them on top of the front teeth are huge and I look like a donkey. I called to see if I could get in to see someone on 2-21-24 I was told no due to over crowding for that day. I have left messages with no return call. The dentures are horrible I was told not to soak them so so how am I to clean them? I cant eat solid foods with them in I am so disgusted. I called... read more

Not recommended! Tried to add charges 18 months later. Had to file a dispute to get it removed.
